That's a wicked bead and some decent brokes. The hour glassed piece is (or was) interesting...
 

Great silver, nice arrowheads! Unfortunately, your bead is a fossil. I think they are called crinoid stems. I have seen them mistaken for beads many times b/c of the hole that runs down the middle. Keep on searching, you are on a great spot. Regards,

I thought the bead was a fossel also but there is no hole in the middle and I did not think the outside was natural. The coins were found in the same spot.

Pointdlr is correct on the Stem. Here is a picture of some. I have found many. Got a gallon jug of them. We called them Indian Beads when I was young. They are all different. Some with holes, and some filled. I love them. I will never pass one by.
