I live in Nijmegen (Netherlands) and in one area they where doing road constructions. In one of the spoils i found this strange rock. The construction workers dug 1 meter deep ditch's in yellow sand with allot of gravel. There is no swamp in that area, and it is in a street with buildings and shops. The stone measures 30 x 25 x 10 cm and atracts a magnet strongly and small pieces that break off stick to the magnet. It has fossilized wood in it see foto below, i think?? And it has pieces of molten glass and oxedized green copper in it. Any input is welcom.
