And this right exists regardless of gender, race, nationality, political party, wether you served in the armed forces or not etc etc. obviously im bringing this up as we see all too often on this board people basically attempting to discount or bully ones views based upon the above. If anyone wants to make the argument why anyone should NOT be allowed to post their view please you have the floor to present your case.

If not can folks please that making these stupid statements (which of course you have the full right to continue doing if you choose).

As simply a member speaking for myself personally I believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as they are written, anyone's else's opinion voiced here who is not American either by birth or naturalization doesn't mean squat to me, as stated I believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as they are written and to my Constitutional Rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights........

Troll much? I love fishing as much as anyone, but not this kind. It's too draining.

Not much at all do you think. I think this post was very timely and relevant as I've seen about a half dozen posts aimed at a poster named Dano saying that his opinion does not count or matter or he should butt out as he is a citizen of another country. I believe he does have the full right to voice his opinion.

Does that make this trolling?

Wow that took me a long time to understand. He of course has an opinion.. But I was taught he does not have a vote here. Weird huh? I know alot of people want other countries to vote in our elections, but that is an exceedingly bad idea, for many reasons.

I will bet he does not want me to vote in his home town either,, if it is allowed (snicker)

This is what was stated,..

"I believe that ever human being has the inalienable right to view their option. I think it's a fundamental human right. Does anyone disagree?"

Well you seem to give alot of weight to his opinion but it is not relevent in a second ammendment discussion, As much as I like him, The argument he makes has been made by all of the gun control people here over and over.

There is no eureka moment or revelation, maybe because the American Constitution is not meant to govern his country. It is our laws, and we went on our own way years ago.

I do get a kick out him though. And did you see how brazenly he posted the identity of a couple of his girlfriends? How many of us would post 1, let alone 2? I guess a harem sounds great unless you actually have one!.

OOPs I thought you said every human... express an opinion...

My bad.

Lose 'em ALL, when AMERICAN FELON; HARD to get back, when AMERICAN EX-FELON...

Constitution doesn't give them away or take them away, that is states law doing that. Every state is different on what rights they restrict of former criminals.

But the constitution is the law of the land and no state law can be unconstitutional - correct?

It is often stated that beyond being written in the bill of rights that the ownership of guns and the right to defend oneself is a

or "inalienable right".

I believe that ever human being has the inalienable right to view their option. I think it's a fundamental human right. Does anyone disagree?

"god given"

That is ( GOD given )thank you.

What is "viewing my option"??????????? I don't know if I have that right...I don't even know what it means. Guess I'm slow.

World we have been through this many times before. The bible was not written in English. The English word god has no biblical context or meaning. And if you want to be biblically correct writing or speaking HIS name is blasphemy and is punishable by stoning. Thank YOU. If you want to go head to head on religion - please bring it on as they say. Best.

Ahh,I don't know if you ever noticed, but, religion has absolutley nothing to do with TRUTH. The two biggest lies ever, religion/politics.

Stocky... you have to love it when people fire up the old smoke and mirrors when they are faced with a direct question. I for one agree with you 100%. Just so someone doesn't start whining here I'll state that "I do have voting rights in the United States".

Our rights are not for anyone to give or take. Liberals can talk till they are blue in the face, it will change nothing we believe in.

You want to surrender your rights and freedoms feel free to do so, but you do not have the right to surrender mine or anyone else's rights or freedoms. You try to do so you will have a fight on your hands and it will not be pretty...
