In Tennessee For The New Year!

Went to the Parent's in Tennessee for New Years this past weekend. It was POURING down rain Saturday night and all day Sunday. I shouldn't even have been out in it. I was VERY surprised to see that the control box was virtually spotless when I opened it up to clean it out because I was in the rain and mud both days. I wouldn't suggest it though!

Anywho, found quite a few things to show. I recovered 2 musket balls, percussion cap, a part of a 2-Piece Wreath Buckle, Bullet Cartridge, Confederate Infantry "I" Button, and what looks to be a large Rosette that was used on horse bridals. Any Ideas? I'll put it up in the What's It section also.

Hope you have a GREAT New Year!
Ian

Nice post - I'm originally from Tennessee and that state always produces some very nice CW relics.

Good Job and nice haul.
