Here are some photos of some cool finds on freakishly cold day in the creek...... The first is a mystery type. I almost want to say Benton culture. I would say definitely at least mid-archaic. It is super well made, shame it's "heartbreaker". #2 looks like an Adena with the tip fire-popped off. #3 is a tiny Adena Waubesa. I like to imagine it belonged to a warrior's young son. #4 is a thin and nicely made Benton point, definitely worth the trouble. I froze my tail off on this day, but hey, you ain't gonna get 'em sitting on the couch!!
