Hey I'm Christine & in Daytona. Looking for a partner, preferrably someone who has extra metal detecting equipment. I don't have a detector anymore unfortunately and hope to get one again after the holidays.

Looking for a buddy/friend (only-please no one looking for relationships) in the area who has extra equipment that would like a hunting partner. I'm a treasure hunter at heart & I'm friendly, outgoing & unfortunately chatty LOL. I'm 28 and from the beachside area, would prefer someone who is within Daytona/Ormond/Flagler/Palm Coast/Port Orange area.

If your looking for a new friend to go hunting with I have lots of free time. Looking for someone who is also friendly and likes to talk about hunting and finds. Can't travel too far out of the area and have a child so it will have to be days I can get a sitter.

Let me know if you're local, have more then one detector and want someone to hunt with.

I was only one time in Daytona beach and I don't return to detect over there, why? a little shark tried to bid my leg. I was with my friend that day. Now I'm detecting with my wife in palm beach, jupiter. If I was single I would invite you because I own two MD. I wish you find somebody, please, don't detect alone.

Thanks Amona I'll take your advice especially round these parts;)
I used to detect on my own when I last had my dector but I'd love to
find a partner for hunting again. This time I wouldn't do it alone.
I did receive a few replies so now I get to pick the lucky one whose looking for solice hunting and ends up with me as a partner! (lol) :D

I grew upkinda south of you some and come that way about every 6-8 weeks. Geneva area. Next time I head that way if you wish to I be glad to have you hunt some with me. Your welcome to bring another friend to if you wish so your comfortable. I have 3 machines myself so that won't be a problem. Always be careful for there are weirdos everywhere. I once had a friend almost robbed at a beach late at night hunting. He broke his machine beating the fellow with it

Nope, not that I know of. I just receaved permission to search property in New Smyrna that is near an area known to have links into the 1600's. I went there the other day with my big coil and it was non stop noise! I didn't dig. I really need to grid it and hit it with a small 8inch coil. If this pans out I'll end up resodding this guys lawn, but it'll be worth it. I'm so excited I had to tell someone.

I don't know if you received my other message to you ? But I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. Can you dive ? if so how many yrs. and experience ? do you have any experience or knowledge in treasure hunting ? Can you handle a boat without sea sickness ?
