hello was wondering the closest place to hunt meteorites nearest to Pasadena?

I would think you can hunt them anyplace you can legally use a metal detector....why not?

Jim is right. If you want to go to a known strewn field, try the Gold Basin in AZ. Google it up and/or link up with someone who knows of it. TTC

Thanks i was thinking california desert not sure where in Cali though.

Could be one in your yard or on your roof. Better to look for them in areas of sparse vegetation. Dry lake beds have produced many.
