I could be and am often wrong but it looks like the glass liner of an old ball jar lid. If it is the size of a jar top. It would be on the inside of the lid.

The white one isn't a mason jar lid liner but the lid itself, the milk glass variety.
Actually I believe the other is a lid too, but a less common variety (there were a bunch of different types, beyond the common Ball type).

The other one is slightly different I just used it to show what the back of both looked like. Pretty cool, I could post loads of stuff I found today, some things you just have no clue. Thanks for everyone's help
