Got on a hunt today and happened across a 30's brick home that the owner said had never been hunted. A little unsure, I made sure not to tune anything out. Slow start, but the first good signal was the Indian Penny!! Next was a Silver Quarter that had the dirt caked on it front and back so You couldn't see what it was. Just for fun I left it until 2 hours later at a home with an 80+ yr old man and his wife who were both interested in what I'd found. Only found a tax token and a memorial in their yard. It had been hunted before.
Anyway after I put My gear in the truck, I took the Quarter still not identified up to both the owners and used their hose to get the dirt off. To My surprise I've had a Standing Liberty Quarter since my first hunt🤣 So Awesome !!! Buffs-1936,1937; Indian 1907; SLQ1928. Silver #47fty! Thanks for Looking and Happy Hunting!!!!!!
