I'm now a member of the 170 club!

I went ring crazy in Nov-Dec. I had to look at my past posts. On Oct 23rd I had 117 rings for the year. My all time record was 144 and I knew i had a chance of making it.
So I fished every chance I had. I lost track of how many rings I had then sometime in early Dec. I counted. Was 146? WOW I thought. They just kept coming and coming. I might have found 40 in December.
So the grand total is 173 for the year!
28 are gold. That's one less gold than I had when i found 144. Lots of junk rings this year but I still counted them. I haven't counted the silver and other stuff.
That's it for me. I'll never beat that. My poor sciatica.
I've only been one time this year and I've had plenty of opportunity. Time to slow down.
Sorry for the bad pics. A new phone is in the works.
The pic on the right is all the gold I found this year.
I hope all of you have a great year and that you find some gold. =)

That's awesome you returning both gold rings. I had four ring returns this year myself. =) That's why there's only 25 gold in the pic.

And to the other two guys who asked if I found these at the beach, the answer's yes one of them. lol The rest were all on dry land.

Was funny that day at the beach. I was there at low tide with my new rubber boots on so I could go out as far as I could between waves. I get a big signal. I use a shovel at the beach and dug a couple of times between waves. I look up and there's a dude standing there in a wet suit and a metal detector. He could tell the signal was big and he says, I find a lot of iphones out here. Well I dig one more time and sure enough, out pops an iphone. He said he sells them to a place online in any condition for 7 bucks each.

Thanks everybody for the replies.
