Ok so I go to the dispursing office to get some cash so I can buy a TV at the local hadji mart. I wrote them a check for 300.00 and they gave me a bunch of crisp 20 dollar bills. A am a coin roll hunter, but bills are the only thing I can find around here so im always looking for star notes. Anyways I look at all the bills and realize the serial numbers are all in sequence. I spent them anyways but was wondering if sqeuential bills are worth a premium. Also I have been finding quite a few star notes here!

most folks like the sequential one dollar notes. Hardly anyone can afford to save the larger ones. Keep all your star notes there are buyers for them especially the smaller denominations. thank you for your service to our country, siegfried schlagrule, US Army Vietnam veteran

It all depends on whether anyone really collects sequential notes.

While it's nice to have a couple that run in sequence, usually one doesn't bother unless they're notes (either domestic or foreign) that are old, and the older the better.

Think about this -- all currency that is new is shipped in bundles that are in sequence. With new notes, it's no big deal. Now if you were to go to the bank and find a bundle in their vault that was 40 years old or something, then it would be a big deal.

Of course, you could always buy a new bundle and sit on it for 40 years... ;D

Hey guy, as a Korean vet, thanks for doing the job for us over there now.Know nothing on the currency except,be on the lookout for some of that counterfeit stuff that was all over the place.Be careful and keep your head and butt down with eyes wide open.
