Just a month to closing on a 1949 house on a one acre lot on the edge of Georgetown. It's got 4 or 5 ANCIENT ( they were mature trees during settlement ) live oaks, the rest is sandy lawn. Should be easy digging. Ha. Driving through the old part of town would make any MD'r drool. This town was occupied by the British during the RW, and Francis Marion, with his merry men needed three attempts to finally drive them out. The area isn't overrun with tourists, and potential sites from the Revolution haven't been all chewed up from development, or mined for phosphates 150 years age. Unlimited potential for wearing out my F75. Anticipation.
