I'm back

My money my mom sent came through and I got my electric back on and wanted to quick thank SparkyMaster for sending the certificate and the bag thing and the coin probe, the day I got it the power got shut off and I hurt my back bringing my girls toy box upstairs, getting that stuff was the best part of the day, I read the booklet about the 25 tips and it said that the strip between the sidewalk and road is a good place to look so I looked on there from my house to the end of the block and found 2 quarters and about 10 pennies, one thing, does the strip belong to whoever's house it is in front of or is that part public property? I filled out the certificate and sent it in on Friday, I ordered the pinpointer, the shovel with the red handle, the apron thing and the navy blue cap.
