I'll have Chalcedony on ice please...

Cold weather sent me outside for more firewood. I found this piece of Chalcedony by the garage with ice growing straight up.

It's called 'needle ice' BTW- and I got a shot of it the other day, tho not as cool as yours

chalcedony huh? Is it ever found in pegmatite? because Im pretty sure I see that stuff all the time. just was,nt sure what it was.
