Ignoring specific members?

Is there a way to ignore specific members instead of whole threads or forums?

Click on the user name, choose view profile, look down below the name and you will see ignore user. Click it.

Edit: it actually says add to ignore list

in your profile there is location to ignore a specific member. Keep in mind it will not ignore any posts that quote member on ignore, it works on the new posts feature best..
