I found 2 of these at an old farmhouse not far from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. The spoons are heavy and are 8 and 1/2 inches long. I found only one example on the internet that had a link to a website about it. When I went to the link the site was no longer there. Any help would be appreciated. It is not magnetic and I am not sure of what kind of metal it is. Thanks guys and gals! :tongue3:

It's silver plated (Overlay), from a little searching I've done it appears that the Victor S Co. made many flatware sets of many designs and for many companies, corporations, hotels, hospitals, and common customers, the "C of Pa" is someone's or a company monogram. (Edit, with Grasshopper's post/link, it appears that you now know what the monogram stands for.)

You can find many pieces for sale online, Ebay, auctions, and some companies that sell pieces to replace lost ones from a set, I even found one site that appears to be offering to replicate a missing piece of a set and match the set's pattern/monogram if applicable.

One of my older aged customers said it looked it belonged to possibly a train dining set because of the keystone state. Another said it could have belonged to someone who was in Government work. The only thing I know is the house was dozed. I have since found many spoons there but no forks or knives. Maybe they liked soup or had no teeth. As soon as the brush dies down I will go back. Just friggin weird that I cant even find forks or knives or anything else. It has driven me nuts since I have found it. I recognized our states Keystone symbol and figured C of PA meant commonwealth of PA. Thats the only info I can give you guys to go on. Sorry I don't have more but hopefully the treasure squad or Jeff can solve this puzzle.

I found you a fork to go with your spoon on Ebay!!

Victor s Co Triple Silver Plate Late 1800's Fork " C of PA " City of Philadelpha | eBay

It appears that Victor S co. was/is a part of the International Silver Company, that is what the "I S" stand for at the end of the maker's marks on your spoon, the International Silver Company started in 1898 and is a conglomeration of many companies that make silverware/flatware/hollowware.

Here's a link to a little history and the MANY companies (along with the many maker's marks) that makeup the International Silver Company.
