Identify?

My buddy found this at his grandpas place in eastern Kentucky and asked me if I knew anything about it...I was hoping someone here might know the time-frame or possibly the tribesView attachment 1421524 that may have made and or used this point,thanks a lot for any replies.

It's a nice one and I love the little curve to the stem! Here's a linkKentucky Stemmed Projectile Points that might help but when I looked there were several it could be.

It could also be a "contracting base" point with a chip out of it, that give it the appearance of a "curved stem."
