Lisandro Lopez Baylon. She sometimes signs as Lopez Baylon, and her signature is not consistent in style over the years, at least from what i see.

I should have said "he" not "she. I don't know anything about the one in your photos. The artist is from Argentina, and he paints both in an impressionist style as your photos are, and in a more realistic style.
 

There's a bunch of Baylon's work listed at the link below. Impressionist works in a similar vein to yours generally seem to have had pre-auction estimates in the region of $200-400. You need an account to see whether they sold or not at those kinds of prices.
