✅ SOLVED Identify crystal or gemstone Found

Found this very odd stone in Western Washington state, on a hillside where where ocean rock (containing volcanic) was dumped to prevent the land from moving.
Appears to be a chrystal or gemstone covered in an unknown mineral?
When light is applied to one of the cracks, the entire inside glows.
Any idea what this is?

It looks like it has Quartz veins running through it. That's why it transfers light.

So Jasper with quartz veins? Seems correct. The pointed edges make it look like a gemstone. The Jasper looks pretty multicolored, but I did find lot of Jasper there, none this color or shape though. Thanks!
