Nice find. That's a token used overseas in either an army or Air Force enlisted club...on base bar located in Worms Germany. The ENC stands for enlisted club and 1400 is most likely club number. Looks to date from 50's thru early 70's.

Cunningham's Military Tokens book lists this as #GR1770b, and indicates the "annexes" were in four large cities in the North Baden District of Germany. The city of Worms was apparently the head Non Commissioned Officer club for the group. He shows a $5 catalog value, but no dating info. Post-WWII, certainly. Scuba - I'm not sure you are right about the ECN acronym since the one side says NCO. I've seen military club tokens with EM - Enlisted Men, but none with the ECN designation. Do you know that what you say is so, or are you supposing? Just curious.

Not 100% on the acronym. Asked an older neighbor who was in Germany around 68 with Army. He recognized type and gave that explanation but could be different meaning.
