I found this in a farm field/front yard of a modern house with 10 acres. Next door is a 1700's house that used to have 4000 acres, now 3. Inside this handle looking thing is some wood. I can only get one finger in the hold, not sure if it's for finger or not. Thanks for looking and ideas.
