ID help

I found five metal (copper?) objects the longest one about 2". They vary slightly in length and appear to have mabye had a metal reed down the open slot but may have been broken off. They read 4 28 in digital mode on my Explorer SE. The first thing that comes to my mind is that maybe some type of musical instrument pieces? I don't know but it is important for me to find out what they are because I found them on my land and I'm just really curious. Any takers?

I second that; the little tweeters are all broken off! What could they be too? Pretty large or, appear to be.
