The hammered is a Crusaders coin Knights Templar... bit stumped on the bronze item, although I seem to remember something like this before.

hi ss, blimey a crusader coin, that's the 2nd one we have had pity I can't remember where they were found in relation to each other, blast that's my own fault

great finds! maybe as it goes with the medieval french coin you found, perhaps the bronze is a gaul celtic coin. Almost has the look of those 1st cent. bc celtic britain tin potin coins.

You have now got me thinking I originally thought it was nothing, if it is something along the lines of what you say it would be the first in 20 years of detecting, iv'e now got my fingers crossed and everything else. Briggser
