I found this stuff many years ago on the Klamath river in CA. I think It was an old gold mine camp. Is it possible to know how old?

The buckle looks like a shoe buckle to me the round item I'm not so sure I was thinking the cover to a pocket watch.. But I can't really tell if its flat or not also that little hole in it throws me off the last item looks like a fun twist from the head of a guitar to tighten the strings
