does anyone here have an opinion on the new ID excel's that are out in limited supply? would it be a good all around detector or a great CW detector just looking for opinions may be buying a new one soon

thats funny you will get a new detector as long as you know who doesnt know

the new ID Excel out in limited quantities? Did they really change something? I don't think I've heard about that! I had an ID Excel I used briefly, found a 3" deep memorial cent. The IDs made it hard to tell the difference between a zinc cent & a copper cent/dime. And the ground balance kept needing to be changed often in my soil . Of course if you have better soil, or they really have improved it, you might do better. HH, George (MN)
