Looks more like a knife blade to me, hard to put a date on it. Have you found anything else in this general area? If so it may help as for a date.

OK, that appears to be what old timers used to call "practice peice".
They are commonly found on sites with Andice/Bell types, and its believed they were used to practice the deep notching technique of those point types.
They arent that common, so looks like you had a good find.
