I found this recently at a school playground. It's from the Star Wars series. I believe that it is a rebel fighter on the ice planet Hoth. On the bottom it says "LFL 82." My apologies for the pictures; my camera sucks!
I don't remember these even though I grew up with Star Wars and had a lot of the toys. I searched though and found other figures like this. They are selling on ebay for about 20 bucks, but in better condition than the one I found.
No matter, I like it and so does my son.
The playground that I found it at is relatively new so I am certain that it was not in the bark chips that long. Some kid may have gotten it from his dad and then lost it one day at school.
And, I also found a 2 Euro coin (my first one).
