They do look like printing plates.
I am pretty sure these would still be considered government property and should have been destroyed.
Careful who you ask or you may lose them. At any rate they belong in a museum IMO Not a ton of value except for a piece of past history

You took the words out of my mouth... The denominations on those plates are astronomical numbers, must be in Peso's... No way its legit..
