I have been recently keeping my eye out for silver, or wheats while im cashiering..... Makes me wonder how much silver i'd let pass me by.... AKA this has been two weeks of paying more attention. :hello2:

Sorry for the bad photos.... If you cannot see it I got a 1964 Silver Dime, 1964 silver quarter, and a 1942 Wartime Nickel..... Maybe I was just getting lucky, but its definitely keeping my eyes on the tills :laughing7:

Awesome. I always look for silver when i get change back but have had no luck. I had gotten 10 silver halves from the bank, the teller had them sitting with the rest of her change. I asked if i could get all the ones with the silver edges!

Way to go. Paying attention is always rewarding...

I love getting wheat pennies from cashiers, the ones I spot in my hand before I pocket them. :laughing9:

Don't forget those coins machines for the silvers.

Being a cashier is nice. Very handy when you collect coins. i sometimes get foreign coins in my rolls and boy does that pay off. All the other cashiers know to come to me either to let me know that they have found something or to switch till change so i am get their odd coins. I got 2 wheaties yesterday. not much since they normally are 1958's but any wheaties are better that none.
