" I " Winder? what it is???

Hello all,,,
I got out for about an hour today. Didn't find a whole lot except for a, no-date Buffalo nickle, and this little thing at about 7" down.
Sounded off just like a silver dime? I think small tip on the end and the heart is brass, and the rest it some sort of cast, and was gilded with gold. In the first pic, there's one heart on the top with the letter " I ". and a place on the bottom for another heart. It about 7/8" long from the tip of one heart to the other. The second pic of the side, shows two hearts entertwined, It about 1-1/8" long from top to bottom. In the 3 pic you can barely see were it has reverse threads on the little tip. It about 3/8" wide... I was thinking, it was either a winder for a watch, or some sort of winder music box ???? What ya all think?

Thanks Guys...
omnicognic,,, I think your right about the other heart having the " U "... From the oretation of the two hearts on the side,, it would seem to me that it would have normally face upwards as in the second pic...
Beats me, what the heck it was used for... ???
Good luck & Happy hunting~

What it reminds me of is a knob off of an old lamp but, the " I ( Heart ) U " Just doesn't seem to go with a lamp... ???
I guess stranger things have happened...
