It was 50 cents - when I got home and opened it , there was a Fossil Batman watch inside . I put a new battery in it - works great !

Yes , they are the same rust spots - Fossil put them there . The tin has no rust - it's just the way made them . It took me a while to figure it out . I saw that tin diggum - I looked at mine with a magnifying glass - it's just a rusty pic applied to the tin - pretty cool - I thought it was rusty when I bought it .
I put it on ebay several hours ago - 7 day - has a bid - 5 bucks !
