found this a few years ago and re-found it in a drawer today. its a nice FBI pin and no Nick it doesnt mean full blooded Italian.
Oh and on the back it reads FBIRA (202) 324-3414

I wouldn't worry about it. My agency has the same type of stores. I can go in and buy pins, hats, mugs, shirts and things of that nature. I can then give them to whomever I want. The pin you found very likely wasn't lost by an agent. More likely a friend, family member or acquaintance.
