i think its a 18th century American name trader stamped on a British coin

hi people found this worn Georgian coin today in England and its got a name stamped on it called "S.BOWKER" and all i can find about this name is its from your country has any one got a clue about this name your side of the pond?

Thing is, if its listed on a Geo coin in the USA, does not mean its not UK origin.
