Yesterday my sister in-law drove 13 hours from Idaho to here in Cali in some really bad weather. Shes old no cell phone only carring our address. When she got here in a town of 500.000 of course she got lost. She made an illegal U turn then pulled over. A man noticed she might be lost and pulled up behind her. (Dangerous here ) He noticed the Idaho plates and asked if she needed help in broken English. She showed him the address and he said follow me all the way across town. When they got here we thanked the guy and asked if we could give him money. His reply was nope and drove off waving. In this time and day its hard to trust people but this guy probably from Mexico made us believe again in people. 8)

:icon_thumleft: What a great story to share, it goes to show there are still some decent people around, in my neighborhood that would be very risky! My thanks too goes out to the man who helped her, he truly was her Angel!!!! :icon_thumright: Red

:laughing9: Reminds me of our landlady, she just turned 85 and is going strong, she goes to Cali a couple of times a year, and is always on the go! Hope your sister in law makes it ok, gotta hand it to her, she isn't just sitting down and letting life pass, sounds like she is enjoying life to the fullest! I'll keep her in my prayers, so she continues to have safe travels!!!! Red :notworthy:
