Detector(s) used
White's XLT/E-Trac
Went out this morning to a small park by a lake, didn't find much. Some newer coins and a couple hot wheels cars. Decided to hit a development site I had seen while working. It got a little better as I found a couple single wheats and a hole with six wheats in it. Stayed for about an hour and headed for home. I have an addiction so I got the detector out and started along side my driveway. I never really hunted this area hard before. After cleaning out a ton of junk I found these. Actually found the gold? chain the night before in the same area. Says 14K/Italy on the clasp.

well since you did go out and the pickings were slim, it makes you appreciate home sweet home a little more.

Goes with the saying, gold is where you find it, and yours was right at home. Way to go!

Hey Steve,
Good job on the silver & IH's!! That chain looks like the "gold" they
sell out at the flea markets. I don't know how they get by with that.
Marking something as karat gold, and it is not is obviously against the
law!! Gotta watch em!!

All that stuff in you own front yard ? Go figure.

I would check my yard, but my house is only 10 years old and use to be an orange grove.

I should check any way........but I know I will not find any IH or gold chains... ;D

Guess you never know.....

Man, I'd be happy as heck to find that stuff in my own yard! (or anywhere)
Congrats to you. Love the IH's.

Congrats. One never knows where the next Big Find will be. But in your own front yard! HH
