It was 98 when I got off work today with a feels like of 212, lol... I went to the park where I found the merc yesterday. The sterling ring was about 3" deep and came in as a strong dime signal. It has a turquoise set that is cracked. I think I'll super glue it or coat it with polyurethane. The 3 wheat's were all around 6" deep. I ended up with 46 cents total and sweat out a gallon, lol. I wish I had that Ace 250 back in the 70's when I used to hunt that park regular. It works better than the Garrett Deep Seeker I bought back then and it was a top of the line model. I think it cost around $650 plus tax. I went there a lot with my dad and got to where I didn't really want to hunt there because the good finds were getting scarce. I guess I'll hit that place pretty hard now/again, lol... You all have a good one and stay cool as much as you can.
