Why did you repost this ? I read an almost identical thread started by you earlier today and in that one Mr Hutchings publicly apologised to you if I remember correctly. Seems to me you have 2 options:

1) Consider the case "closed", and move forward. IF Hutchings has
publicly apologized, then put this behind you and make damn sure
that he (GPAA/Hutchings) has no reason/evidence to ever accuse you
of such violations in the future.

2) PROVIDING that you have absolute evidence to the contrary of their
accusations, you could contact an attorney and have them pursue a libel
case against the GPAA.

Truthfully, option #2 will likely end up in an eternal "he said - she said"
debate in the courts, creating nothing but mental and financial stress
for you, and the only beneficiary's will be the wallets of the attorney's
involved.

People sending Mr. Hutchings emails/letters asking a bunch of questions
will solve nothing, nor will it do a thing further to prove your innocence of
the charges.

IMHO, DD's Option one for sure. Life is too short and you have bigger and better things to do this year.
