It looks like a hubcap off of Kiwami Kilpatricks Escalade. Or something that belongs to Flava Flave

Re: Need help idnetifying this

does the rim lettering spell "tribute"? ---if so it might be a " tribute" to liberty type coins --looks like it clearly was "mounted" or at least meant to be mounted at one time.

Well that is obviously a walking liberty half dollar. I can't believe none of you guys could identify that for him.

Actually, the coin depicted is the 1907 Saint-Gaudens. Maybe he got it from Patrick Earl Houston?

I thought it was plastic. Metal makes it more interesting. Pot metal most likely. But I dont know what it was for. Is it brass? I dont think you would hold brass up as easily as you are doing in the first pic.

I dunno what it is exactly, but I can tell you that it was intended to be mounted from the back side ... no way to get screws and screwdriver to it from the front. Which suggest it was likely not intended to be mounted on a wall, but instead to something else like a display rack - box - etc. etc., or perhaps an advertising, promotion type of thingy. :dontknow: I guess I should have quit with "I Dunno" :dontknow:
