Welcome to T-net

It seems to be marine/reef debris, within which I can see two major components. There are lots of ribbed/ridged structures like this, which are the remnants of brachiopod shells:

And lots of twig-like structures like this, which will either be branched corals or bryozoans, or possibly a mixture of the two:

KY is rich in limestone deposits. And in that limestone are fossils. You're in a great place to be a fossil hunter. Gary
