I need help identifing these 2 statues PLEASE HELP??

I have these 2 statues that my aunt gave me to sell on Ebay or an antique site but I'm not sure what they are. If someone could please help me identify them it would be great. They are both sitting on wood bases and they are numbered on the bottom.
