Yeah that job thing, didn't last and I couldn't think straight not getting out mding for three weeks anyway. So here's the find of yesterday. Regular beach stuff but check out that big gold plated coin thing. It looks like the background of the Treasurenet page. What is it?. I almost keeled over when I found it. We figure it's from a Madi Gras float or a casino in Vegas. But on a beach in Oregon? Help please and good to be back. Oh and the score is somewhat even with hubby. He got a small cheap ring in the park.

Cool find... Spanish ships sank off the oregon coast... Must have made your heart skip a beat... Gold plate is pealing off?

I would have keeled over for sure if I dug that up real or not!
It's quite a "looker" tho! Nice!

I'm with Msbeepbeep! That would have made me shiver me timbers. Great find.

Spanish ships? Really? Where!!?? Yeah its rubbed off a little on the edge. I found them on Amazon. fake pirate coins. FUN.

VPnavy is that a real one?

Oh I see. Poor guy, fishwacker was mean to the newbie.

KARMA BABY, I'll get a real one for yah someday.

Legend has it that in 1679 a Spanish ship sank off the coast of Tillimook County... Another has treasure buried on Neakannie Mt... I have heard that a couple Spanish coins were found near haystack rock, thought also to be the location of buried treasure...
