ugh, I just went through all the pages of silverplate patterns ( Silverplate Patterns ) and could not find a match. Based on similar designs though, I would date yours between 1915 - 1925

Thanks Silver Searcher for the link. Conceptulized Neth it pretty much is just like that throughout the rest of the piece but I know it's plated because some of the silver has chipped off.
