the second rock is..jasper pretty sure I got it out of a souce and I have been calling it the heart of the jasper source 😅

3 “photos” appear to be blank. The red rock does look to be jasper/chert.
Looks to have an agatized center, however I can’t judge if it has any translucency there. A few questions:
1) is the rock wet?
2) where was it found?
3) can you show more photos?
Maybe of the other surfaces.
