No, not possible, just a normal copper coated zinc cent that is discoloring from environmental damage. A nickel is larger, thicker, heavier and on a different composition planchet. Weigh it and you will see it is the normal weight for a zinc cent.

u have got to be kidding me, this is legitly over a indian head, its not impossible at all,, nothings impossible, part of its actually raised through lincoln's head

It is impossible, for starters a nickel would not fit into the cent coining chamber and it is obviously copper colored. Solve it quickly by weighing it, also, is it the size of a cent or the size of a nickel? please, not a repeat of the glue cent!

Possibly just water damage. I get these a lot on zincolns that are stuck together in water...they are the weakest cent....

Your first sentence begins, “help me out guys”... then you get help, and you go here....

How old are you? 14?
I really shouldn’t bother responding to your fantasies, but on behalf of everyone here.... please stop.
There is no way on Gods green earth that a 2017 cent was struck on a buffalo nickel planchet.
C’mon man.
Pokémon, Dungeons and Dragons, Fortnite.... please do anything other than posting your garbage on here.

Whaaat, i guess i shouldnt bother posting my 2018 flowing hair penny??

Sorry, kid. Just another copper plated zinc Lincoln. When exposed to the environment they are easily oxidized. Thus, all manner of patterns and images seem to appear on the surface.

If you truly believe what you have posted, please explain how it can occur during the manufacturing of the Lincoln cent. To do that, you will have to learn how coins are manufactured. I dare say that once you have learned the process, you will change your opinion on this coin.

Time for more coffee.

I saw Jesus burnt into my toast this morning too.

all I see is a penny that probably sat in the cup holder of car swimming around with some other change in a 1/4" of condensation sweat from a 7-11 slurpee

My friend get your self the red coin book do some research on coins.
That buffalo planchette would have been destroyed sooooo long ago!!!!! Im not sure if your just young and learning but either way learn more about all these coins your looking at for errors cause you will get slapped around for posts like this. Tommy

Your' 2017-D Lincoln Cent may have lain against a Buffalo Nickel or other coin in a cup holder or ashtray in someone's vehicle and due to contaminants (soda pop or other drink spills, dirt and dust), some of the lettering and images from the other coin may have gotten transferred onto your' coin due to the toning and contaminants. Other possibilities include, the images were transferred onto the coin via squeezing anther coin against the Obverse using a vice or possibly using glue.

No. It is not what you think.
It is a one cent Lincoln.
The mint is not bored and playing with old planchets and dies. Or having a worker feed old coins that don't fit , into other denominations feed systems.
