I just ate SKUNK for lunch

My wife calls me right before lunch and says get $480 and meet her in front of my job. I oblige and she takes me to her company's bank and they have $480 in halves (4 of the rolls were customer rolls, the rest machine rolled) set aside for her to pick up.

Needless to say, I spent my entire lunch hour sitting in the parking lot at work looking at roll after roll of 100% grade-A Skunk! I got nada in silver. I'll wait until after work to search for a 1974 DDO. Are those that date-check finding any of these?

Oh well...peanut butter crackers and a Mtn Dew to tide me over until 4:30.

Yeah, me too. My pick up bank called yesterday and told me about $82.00 in halves that had been deposited. Picked them up today, skunkaroonie. Stands to reason; I've gotten one lonely 40% in over 4K searched the past three weeks.........Oh well, there's always tomorrow!!

I stopped looking for 74-D DDO when I had 2 rolls about 25 years ago. They are nice to have in your collection, but they aren't rare. It difficult to find one in at all that is uncirculated or MS. They aren't worth much if you can get anyone to buy them.
