I stopped at a yard sale last Sunday .
I bought some new LL Bean slippers-1 dollar
army knapsack- 1 dollar
2 pairs of camo pants - dollar each
2 pairs of thinsulate gloves - 50 cents each
new pair of Ranger Insulated winter boots - 1 dollar

I went to put the boots on today , something was up in the toe of the right one . I reached in and pulled out a baggie of "Green-Bud" I decided not to post a picture of the pot do to it being illegal in most states .

Looks like I'm all set for winter !.......and , yes , I checked all the compartments in the knapsack .

I'm not sure which number is the date , but here's the markings -

FIELD PACK, COMBAT, NYLON, LC-1
D1A100-84-C-4229
8465-01-019-9102
MEDIUM
U.S. SMALL BUISNESS
ADMINISTRATION
LOT NO. 07

Cool alibi..

Yes your honor, I DID find it, and I offer the TN posting as evidence.

wording this correctly... I hope... the winter supplies are awesome you found, dang man, such cheap prices too for top quality items.. so your all set for winter hunting.

Years ago my brother and I took a VW caravan to Tijuana Mexico for bodywork and upholstery... a week or so prior to the trip my bro bought a sink / frig combination from a pic-ur-parts lot...

On the way back we were stopped at the US border and the drug dogs went over the car...guess the 500 lbs of bondo tainted their nasal abilities...

Several weeks later bro dismantled the sink / frig combo to make a hookup and found a kilo stashed under the sink...

Unfortunately it was too old to appreciate...

However, if it was found we'd still be in the Federal Pokie :laughing7:

The 84 in the second line indicates manufacture in 1984. Dang, I hope was hoping it was VietNam era... the design is very close, but the value is much different. Thanks for the update.

So that's your story and you're sticking to it, hey Mojjax?

Dooby, Dooby, Doooooooooooooo. I think I'm flying,

That kid is probably still looking for his stash :laughing9:

I think he gave up looking and is now drinking the bong water :laughing9:

Side note...........I've been drinking this stuff with glucosamine and chondroitin for my old arthritic knees+hips. My daughter says....what's that? I said joint juice.....she looks at me funny and says......Is that like bong water ??? :tongue3: :tongue3: ::)

Nice find, You can't tell from pictures if what you had is actually bud, or something that looks like it.....

Use to have huge parties Friday and Saturday nights when I lived in Lincoln Nebraska, 5 guys and 1 girl in a 6 bedroom house. We would make up coolers of ever clear and what ever juice was the choice of the day. Parties were advertised on the walls of local bars as we left at closing time, and we charged $5 to get in. As parties do they get loud, one of my room mates was a biker so there was always a dozen or more Harleys plus the rest of the crowd.

One night the police showed up due to several noise complaints (4 am) and several walked in since the front door was wide open. They advised we shut down or they would make arrests.....

Next morning I am hung over trying to make breakfast, and found 4 separate bags of weed and 2 switch blades in different locations in the kitchen cabinets ...... Worked wonders for my hang over................
