✅ SOLVED I have two What-sitz ?

These 2 Items were Dug Yesterday, in seperate digs. One is a Service Award of some sort on the back is a spot where it would have pinned on to clothing. The Other is ? The Quarter is for Size Ref. Thanks.

The service award appears to be a rather generic lapel pin available for rewarding good employees or volunteers, etc:
