These are my two dimes. 1876-cc & 1888. Both found this year.

My best friend took me to has spot he had worked for a year.
Nothing but seated came out of his spot.
He thought there was nothing left but there was you are looking at it right now.
It was 4 inches down my heart stopped when the first seated half came out then the outer swung the coil then the 2 dimes came out.

Those Arrow Date Seated's are awesome, so for only getting 1 this year, that Quarter was a great find (plus its in good shape). The arrow date in the 1850's denoted reduced silver content (overall weight) in the coin. Then in the early 1870's when it re-appeared it denoted increased silver content (weight). Right now you have my vote for best seated, even over the M...F..'s half dollar.

Okay all of you... I just used my 2009 clad that I found to buy this -- not found, but next best thing since all my hard found clad went to it:




It was between this, an MS-65 Red 1909 VDB, or an MS-63 V nickel. Wanted the silver. Hopefully I find a seated next year!
