Yes, that is Tina Weymouth & her husband Chris Franz on drums in the background. Both founding members of "Talking Heads". They spun off a band called "Tom Tom". This video is probably from a Tom Tom concert. Very weird for Tina & surprising.
This is a bit off topic, but the following link is to the movie "Wind River". The movie brings to light the subject of missing and murdered "Indigenous Woman". At the very end of the movie there is a text that shows the statistics. You might want to watch it. There is violence and R-rated material, but it is an eye-opening film.

That’s interesting, I know that band and have heard their songs. My favorite is the one about when the days go by.

Thanks for the movie lead, I’ve seen it and it’s sad. Took me a few times to make it all the way through. When I’ve shown it to someone it is interesting to see their expression when that pops up at the end and they always say the same thing- “That can’t be real”. Unfortunately it is.
