I agree. I sort of remember seeing one this shape in a book about them. If you care to, look at my post in this section "ID token ID help" on Feb 23, 2016. At the end I review some info I found about these things.
I see you are in Maryland. Where did you find it? Anne Arundel county was a hot bed of use.
